the
founder
JocCole “JC” Burton is a nationally recognized construction executive, founder of SRGE, and CEO of Maven Construction, Inc. With 27 years of real estate development experience, she built SRGE to help small contractors scale and compete at higher levels.
A White House Champion of Change recipient and award-winning industry leader, JC is the first Black woman appointed to Boston’s Construction Licensing Board and has held founding and board leadership roles across the National Association of Black Women in Construction, the U.S. Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, and other influential architecture, construction, and sustainability organizations.
