Our Story
What is SRGE? We are an accelerator for change in the contruction industry. We are committed to investing in existing business, cultivating new entreprenurs and advocating for representation in an industry that has yet to reflect the diversity of the communities it serves. We are vested and believe in the power of mobilizing resources, influence, and enthusiasm around this idea and intend to create a “surge” in qualified resources. SRGE believes that we can build a better and more equitable future for women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ companies.
SRGE is dedicated to building a more inclusive construction industry. Our services include providing access to resources; back office support, strategic guidance, estimating, technology procurement support, and compliance reporting. The SRGE construction accelerator employs cutting-edge technology that streamlines construction processes, expediting project timelines and increasing overall efficiency. Our graduates will have distinctive competencies that will position them to engage at an expert level. SRGE is a game changer.
