Our construction equity accelerator employs an inclusive approach to underserved and underrepresented firms from these racial classifications: Black/African American, Indigenous/American Indian/Alaska Native, Pacific Islander/Asian, and Latino ethnicities. SRGE will also target AEC contractors with members that identify within the LGBTQ+ community. When you apply to our accelerator program, you are expected to have an established track record. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of advisors and experienced leaders in construction who’ll help you develop your infrastructure, hone your business model, and position you in the market. The goal is to build capacity for our participants and provide qualified, vetted minority-owned resources for construction projects.
